This business is open year-round for great fishing, hunting, fantastic snowmobiling and water sports or just for that peaceful getaway.

Business comes with licensed restaurant, store, fuel sales, showers, laundromat, boat rentals, cabin rentals, guiding and outfitting and all equipment that pertains to the business & website as well as living accommodations.

The Main Lodge, which is two stories, has a total square footage of 3438 sq. ft. and was built in 1988.   The living quarters takes up approx. 2000 sq. ft.  The living quarters is comprised of three bedrooms, 2 baths, office area and large living room with a fireplace.  The other square footage is where you will find the licensed restaurant, fully equipped kitchen and convenience store area.  The exterior of the lodge is log siding and has asphalt shingles.  The lodge also houses the coin-operated showers and the coin-operated Laundromat, which has 4 washers and 4 dryers.

The lodge is heated with a wood/electric forced air furnace.

The rental cottages vary in size:
Cottage 1:  480 sq. ft. sleeps six
Cottage 2:  480 sq. ft. sleeps six.
Cottage 3:  500 sq. ft. sleeps six.
Cottage 4:  520 sq. ft. sleeps six with fireplace.
Cottage 5:  480 sq. ft. sleeps four whirlpool tub and Fireplace.
Cottage 6:  480 sq. ft. sleeps five.

5 – 40 gallon hot water tanks.

The Water supply comes from the lake and the water is treated for drinking.

The property that the buildings sit on is leased land.  The lease is approx. $500.00/year.  Additional land available for further development.  Present lot size is approx. 1.72 acres.

Attached garage is Approx. 700 sq. ft., concrete floor, insulated, garage door opener, 9’ ceiling, drain, water & woodstove.

Distance to shopping and school is 30 miles to the Town of Roblin, Manitoba.  There is school bus service right to the lodge.

Some of the their items included, boats, motors, lifejackets, outfitting equipment, surveillance equipment, all dishes, bedding, towels etc.

Outfitting part of the business would include:  8 non-resident deer tags (archery), 11 non-resident bear tags (rifle, muzzle loader) and other equipment for the outfitting business.

The lodge and cabins are located in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park along the shores of the beautiful and scenic Child’s Lake.
