         Asking price per lot is $42,500.00.

 - A legally binding offer to be drawn up and a deposit of $3,500.00 per lot will be required.  (Deposit will be held in trust for the Buyer by the Realtor).  

 - As soon as a plan of subdivision exists, lots can be selected in the order of offers & deposits received.   

- Phase 2 will be developed and transfer of properties will commence on or before October 1^st, 2010.
